Justin Kim, The Australian-Korean chef has started his culinary career in 2006 after graduating from the William Angliss Institute TAFE, Melbourne, and began his profession in this vivid city, he has worked for some of the world's most reputable brands and hotels.
Chef Kim is famed for his dedication to detail, passion for exquisite flavors, and the creation of dishes that delight all the senses. The secret behind his success is the choice of the right ingredients, using fresh and local ingredients that allows him to diversify the menu, enhance the flavor of the dishes, promote sustainability and connect diners to the destination in which they find themselves.
