Chef Marco, born in Italy's Lombardia region, began his culinary journey in London in 2006. After refining his skills in top kitchens, including a Michelin-starred restaurant, he brought his passion to Vietnam in 2014. His career with Hyatt took him across Asia, and today, he proudly leads the kitchen at Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa. Inspired by the ocean and local seafood, Chef Marco creates dishes that celebrate freshness and flavor.
